Project Management

Project management is the essential link between the clients vision and the chef's operation.

df20 specialise in co ordinating a commercial kitchen installation, ensuring that the correct electrical and mechanical services are installed and supervising a team of fully qualified engineers to Corgi / IEE standards.

We work closely with the Architect and/or interior designer to create the aesthetic look desired for servery counters and bars utilising materials such as granite, corian glass and stainless steel.

Project dependant, AutoCAD drawings will be prepared and issued to enable contractors to co ordinate with our works and eliminate logistical obstacles.

Risk assessments and method statements are compiled and submitted as standard and upon completion of our works, the equipment is fully demonstrated to your satisfaction.
